Where we ship
Joel Kisker Studio ships from Massachusetts, USA, to addresses in the United States.

Processing time
Every print is hand-carved and hand-printed. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates
$8.00 flat rate, free on orders of $70 or more. Calculated at checkout.

Delivery times
Orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days after shipping. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays can add time.

Packaging
Prints ship flat in rigid packaging to protect them in transit.

Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email hello@joelkisker.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it. If your tracking shows no delivery 10 business days after shipping, contact us and we'll look into it.

Returns
Unused prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email hello@joelkisker.com first to start your return. The buyer pays return shipping. Once we receive the print, we refund the print price. The original shipping is not refunded. Returns go to: Joel Kisker Studio, 100 Ripley Rd #148, Cohasset, MA 02025.
