Overview
This website is operated by Joel Kisker, a sole proprietor doing business as Joel Kisker Studio ("we," "us," "our"), located in Massachusetts, USA. By visiting this site or buying from it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can buy
Our products are sold and shipped to addresses in the United States only. You must be at least 18 years old, or buying with a parent or guardian's permission.
Our products
Every print is hand-carved and hand-printed. Small variations in ink, texture, and paper are part of the process and are not defects. Colors may look different on your screen than on paper. We do our best to describe and photograph each piece accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows it exactly.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Massachusetts sales tax is added where required.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping times, rates, damaged or lost orders, and returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.
Copyright and intellectual property
All artwork, designs, photographs, text, and images on this site are owned by Joel Kisker and protected by copyright. When you buy a print, you own that physical print. You don't receive any rights to reproduce, copy, scan, print, sell, or distribute the artwork or its image, or to use it commercially, without our written permission. Please don't copy images from this site.
Using this site
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without permission, submit false information, or use it for anything unlawful.
Email and privacy
We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we make no promises that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Some laws don't allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless the law gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.
